Product Returns

Any items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
All merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging.
Items returned over $100 will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

Return Merchandise Authorization

Returns must be authorized by Design Solutions staff and must include a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Call our toll free number 866-903-3744 or email us to request the return.
Please fill out the form included in the package and return it to us with the merchandise, indicate clearly if this is a return or exchange.
Ship your items to us by an insured traceable carrier such as UPS, USPS or FedEx.
We will notify you when your return has been processed.

Your RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the package as shown below:
